I worked with Sales Manager Deborah Morgan, and she was fantastic! She did a wonderful job of explaining everything and turned the sales experience into more of a building a relationship/friendship experience. I will call Deborah for anything I need with my car, and have already suggested working with her to a few friends who are in the market for a new car. I work in the marketing/sales world, and it's all about building relationships and getting people to trust you. Deborah is very good at this!!

I took my van in, thinking I needed a new transmission. The problem was less serious than I thought, and Johnny in service explained it to me clearly, charged me fairly, and finished it quickly. Martin showed me some of the newer Pilots even though I got there right before his lunch, and he was very knowledgeable and low pressure. Free transportation to and from the shop from Skip was a treat, too.

I'm the proud owner of a NEW 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE, and I wouldn't be if it wasn't for the professional, personable, and caring staff at O'Neill Honda. For the previous 6 years, I had done business with a competing Honda dealership, and contacted them last month when I was in a terrible predicament that I seriously needed to be rescued from. One would perceive that the General Manager of the location you've had two vehicles with would acknowledge your presence and attempt to continue the rapport that was established between me, the consumer, and the trust that had been established due to my continued business with them. This was not the case. When I didn't receive a reply from them, I looked elsewhere, and considered a Honda dealership just a few minutes west, O'Neill Honda. When I emailed Mr. Sean Weiss, the General Manager of this dealership, and informed him about the predicament that I was experiencing, he actually responded, and we soon conversed over the phone outlining what I was looking for, as well as how they could assist. When we met in person, he introduced me to one of the most endearing and personable sales consultants on his staff: Ms. Deborah Morgan. Not only was she a sincere pleasure to be with, but she also offered me some delectable homemade beef jerky, AND she makes a wicked cup of coffee!!! The test-drive of the new Accord was thoroughly pleasant, as was the fulfillment of the necessary paperwork by Mr. Raul Polanco, O'Neill Honda's Business Manager. If you're still reading this, I applaud you, because it's imperative to always research a dealership that you're curious about doing business with. When a business rolls out the red carpet in the most respectable of ways, that's when you know the staff is dedicated and committed to the client, regardless of where you go. God bless Mr. Weiss, Ms. Morgan, Mr. Polanco, and Mr. Shervin Ershadi for helping me transition to the gorgeous machinery that I adore driving on a daily basis. Here's my advice: if you're looking to acquire a new or pre-owned Honda, highly consider the staff at O'Neill Honda, and bypass all of the big-box dealerships. Your experience will be 100% genuine when you choose this dealership, and I'll gladly refer all of my friends, family, and co-workers to them if they're ever in need of adding a new means of transportation to their lives. This dealership has acquired a customer for life, as I am both honored and proud to have found a business that aims to provide the BEST customer experience, imaginable, to all those who visit them, and completely follows through on their word.
